1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery will take place within 3-8 business days after our order confirmation (working days Monday-Friday). If your delivery has not arrived within ten business days, or if you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order at all, please send an email to our service team: service@onlygrace.de . Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
